Account registration requirements

To register an account, you will need to provide the following:

• Email address
• Password
• Email confirmation

Important notice

Occasionally, the Portal registration confirmation email may be marked as spam or phishing by your email provider. This may prevent you from completing your Portal registration.

Use the following instructions to fix this issue:

1. Go to your email provider’s Spam folder.
2. Open the registration email.
3. Click “Report not phishing” or “Not spam” to move the email to your Inbox.

After the registration email is moved to your Inbox, open the email and click the confirmation link to complete your Online Services Portal registration.
